Hello everyone,This is my very first post in the English-speaking world, and I’m writing it with a mix of excitement and a little nervousness—excited to start this new journey, yet nervous because my English is still not good enough. But today, I decided to take this brave step anyway, because 2026 is a special year for me: I’m going to embark on my career in the foreign trade industry, and this is where my journey begins.
I’ve always dreamed of working in foreign trade, connecting with people from different countries, learning about different cultures, and building bridges through business. To make this dream come true, I know that English is not just a tool, but a key to opening the door to the world. That’s why, since the start of this year, I’ve been insisting on checking in with my English study every day—reading a little, writing a little, and speaking a little, even if it’s just a short sentence or a few new words.
I know there will be many difficulties ahead. My grammar may be incorrect, my expressions may be awkward, and I may even make silly mistakes when communicating. But I’m not afraid of that. What matters to me is that I’m trying, I’m persisting, and I’m moving forward step by step.
This post is not only a record of my first attempt to express myself in English publicly, but also a promise to myself: I will never give up.
In the days to come, I will continue to post articles here—sharing my thoughts on foreign trade, my learning progress, and maybe some small gains and confusions along the way. I hope this space can witness my growth, and I also hope to meet friends who are on the same journey, learn from each other, and encourage each other.
Thank you for taking the time to read my first post. Please forgive my poor English, and I would be very grateful if you could give me some advice. Let’s keep going together and make 2026 a year of growth and harvest!
Best wishes,
A foreign trade newbie who is trying hard
